If you follow the moves in the picture below (follow the numbers) then about 90% of the time you should beat the computer at Cellblock. Remember this strategy only works for tournament 1-10 (the difficulty increases after level 10 with random inclusions in the board and no starting pieces).
Use your common sense when following this strategy, sometimes the computer will miss out a step, making your steps 4 and 5 unnecessary.
